Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Licensed Survey Technician for our Edison, New Jersey Office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare mapping using computer design and drafting survey software
- Prepare topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA mapping
- Perform survey calculations, upload, download, and process field data
- Analyze and plot boundary maps and descriptions
- Perform record research for boundary and utility information
- Work with design teams meeting demanding schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
- License in New Jersey is required
- Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings
- Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions
- Construction Layout computations and calculations
